Guest must be 21 and over unless it’s a family. Please note although you have paid a £100 security deposit to Airbnb we will still require £50 per person as stated. No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the block if our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refund For guests staying more than 7 nights, Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoice.
