This 3 bedroom, newly refurbished mid-terraced home is ideally located between the busy conurbations of Hanley City Centre and Stoke-on-Trent.
The house is modern, with three double bedrooms, a lovely living room and a modern kitchen. The bedrooms upstairs can be configured as two doubles or as two twins, which makes accommodating families and groups of contractors easy.

There are three great-sized double bedrooms. Bedroom one has a desk space in the bay window, bedroom 2 has a personal HD TV, and bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room! Bedrooms 2 and 3 can also be configured as twin rooms or double bedrooms, as the beds can split!
Parotia House offers excellent flexibility for families, friends or small groups of colleagues, or contractors.
For the communal spaces, there is a living room with 42 inch HD Smart TV and a four-person dining table. It leads into a lovely, fully equipped kitchen before you arrive at the family bathroom.
