King’s Terrace is a gorgeous home-from-home in a great location, situated between Newcastle-under-Lyme and Hanley. It’s a little oasis in the City!

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms and communal areas are private and exclusive for the booking party. Make this your home-from-home!
The beds are a great size, comfy and cosy. Each single has a designated hanging clothes rail and a large double wardrobe for the twin rooms.

Bedrooms 1 & 4 = Our gorgeous pink and blue singles complete with industrial clothes rails, no sacrifice of comfort for style.
Bedroom 2 = A gold and black twin room which shares a double wardrobe with Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 = The larger of the twins, with a gorgeous pink and mauve foresty vibe and tonnes of floor space
Additional sleeping space = The velvet sofa in the living room is also a double bed! Bedding will be provided for you; just let us know if you need it for a comfy night’s sleep.

Bathrooms:
King Terrace boasts a spacious shower room and a downstairs WC off the utility room. This provides plenty of space for larger booking parties to glam up and get ready for the town or pamper down for a comfy night.

Kitchen, utility and dining spaces:
King’s boasts a great-sized modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cater during your stay. There is also a dishwasher, and in the utility room, an under-counter fridge and freezer and a combined washer-dryer. Off the utility room, there is a convenient WC.

The dining room comfortably seats 6 guests, and additional seating can be provided. The vibe is a purple and mauve fig and pomegranate style. The bay window has a comfy window seat, providing some extra storage.

Living room:
The living room is plush and stylish peacock-inspired, with sumptuous velvet armchairs and a sofa. Enough seating for 5-6 guests, and the couch lowers into a comfy double bed for additional sleeping space. A 42″ HD WiFi-connected Smart TV provides Freeview and apps such as Netflix, Prime and YouTube, which you can access using your accounts.

Outside Space:
The rear yard is small but provides a nice space to get a bit of fresh air.

Staffordshire is the home of the pottery industry, oatcakes, and the famous Alton Towers Theme park. The friendly locals call everyone “duck” (don’t ask!) Excellent transport links to the Midlands and plenty of local industry, attractions and educational establishments make it the perfect place for work trips and leisure stays.
