This neutrally refurbished central London townhouse has been freshly renovated to an excellent standard. It offers bright and spacious accommodations divided over its entire four floors, with six double bedrooms, a large and welcoming reception room and a large roof terrace which is perfect for summer dinner parties or just as a place where to relax after a day spent exploring the city.

This 194 square meters (2086 sq ft) is a perfect location for a family trip or for a large group of friends who would like to share the accommodation. You will have access to the entire house, granting you a large degree of privacy and independence during your stay. Each floor of the house is perfectly suited for different activities. The ground floor is where the kitchen can be found, as well as the dining area located in it, it is also where the first bedroom can be found, making it the most accessible as there are only 4 steps that need to be climbed to reach it, a toilet can be also found on this floor. The first floor is where the living room is situated. This is the largest room of the house and it hosts multiple sofas that can fit all the people who are living in the house at once. It also makes for a perfect room in where to eat all together, should you all not fit in the dining area on the lower floor. A wall-mounted TV can be also found in this room as well as some large windows which let in a large amount of natural light or, if opened, a lot of fresh air as well. A further bedroom and bathroom can be found on this floor too. The second floor is where the master bedroom can be seen. The master bedroom is an enormous, 23 squared meters room, with its own attached en-suite bathroom where both a walk-in shower and a stand-alone bathtub can be found, as well as 2 separate sinks, perfect for those days in which you will not have to fight over who will be able to use the bathroom first. Paddington train station is also located a short 10 minute walk away, offering access to Wales and the South-West of England, with trains to Cardiff, Bath and more, making it a perfect departure point for day trips just outside the capital. To conclude, there are tens of bus routes that travel up and down Edgware road, making it a perfect place from where to catch an iconic red double-decker bus.
