Heliodoor Apartments’ dedication in assuring cleanliness: We want our guests to have a safe and relaxed stay. We make sure that our cleaners are well trained and maintains our high standards. All property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with PHE and WHO guidelines.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

PARKING: Free parking is provided

BEDROOMS: This home has 2 beds and 1 Sofa bed. Smart TV is located in the living room. See bed count below:
– Bedroom 1: 1 Large King Zip and link / Convertible to 2 Single Beds (Sleeps 2)
– Bedroom 2: 1 King Zip and Link / Convertible to 2 Single Beds (Sleeps 2)
– Common Area: King sofa-bed (Sleeps 1)
– 1 Additional bed can be provided to 1 additional guest for a fee (please inquire)

BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with an initial load of toiletries (linens, towels, shampoo, soap).

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen provides the basic cooking utensils and appliances as well as complimentary tea and coffee. The dining table has seating for 4 along with basic dinnerware.

PET: There is a £150 Pet Cleaning Fee and Extra £100 Pet Deposit.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, free WiFi and Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have exclusive use of the entire unit.

IMPORTANT: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Additionally, a £250 refundable security deposit will be pre-authorised through your credit card.
