It is located only 0.5 miles from Southampton City Centre where you can find a wealth of independent shops, cafes and craft ale and wine bars. Despite its excellent connections to a thriving city, it is in a quiet location and very private and ideal for people looking for an alternative to a hotel.
There is 1 bathroom which includes a bath and overhead shower with towels provided. There are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 full size single beds. There is also a large wardrobe in one room with hanging rail in the other, both have bedside tables and all the linen and bedding is provided.
The living area boasts a 3 seat chaise sofa bed, 2 seat sofa and 2 tub chairs with a large 43″ Smart TV which includes Netflix. There is a work station within the lounge area and also a dining table that seats 4.
