Overlooking the village green, guests enjoy and value the benefits of having right on the doorstep grocery shops (Budgeons and a Co-Op), a Lloyds chemist, and Meriden Fish and Chips, all of which have remained open throughout 2020.  Whilst there are two great pubs, serving fabulous food, only a 3-minute walk away from the apartment, of course they have had to close temporarily in accordance with COVID-19 Tier 3 stipulations.  However, we are all very much looking forward to their re-opening when current restrictions are lifted.

Meriden is just 3.5 miles from the NEC, Genting Arena, Birmingham International Airport, and Birmingham International Train Station; also super convenient for Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Coleshill, Leamington Spa, Warwick, regional business parks, Jaguar Land Rover, Solihull Hospital, and a host of regional tourist attractions.

Parking is free and on street, although restrictions apply immediately in front of the shops, where waiting time is limited to 1 hour, no return in 1 hour, between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday.  There are no restrictions for the parking bay on the other side of the Green where parking is unrestricted 24/7.
