This cheerful & modern townhouse is perfect for families, groups of friends and contractors. The property can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a living/dining area, separate kitchen and family bathroom along with good size bedrooms, including an en-suite

The property is set over four floors. The first bedroom has a Super King size bed which can be split into 2 singles for convenience (the bed configuration would need to be requested upon booking). The room also comes with it’s own en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom includes a double and single bed. And the third bedroom includes a single bed.

There is also a small double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the living room.

Guests can enjoy high quality hotel style bed linen and bathroom essentials including shampoo and body wash.

This property comes with free private parking which is a bonus being so close to the city centre. There is also a secure car park just across the road for any additional vehicles.

You will have access to the entire property. Upon entering from the car port which is at the rear of the property, you will need to use the stairs to get to the living/dining area and kitchen on the third floor.

There is also access from the front of the property (which has only one step outside the door) this takes you straight to third floor where the living/dining area and kitchen is.

Being in the centre of Bournemouth everything is on your doorstep from shops, restaurants and bars. And is only a short walk to the beach
