We are within a 5 minute walking distance to all major supermarkets such as tesco, aldi and other conveinece and takeaways as we are located on a secluded high street away from the noise for a good night’s rest.

We are located next to lodge road tram station for using commuting into wolverhampton and Birmingham insteading of driving to work.

The space:

It is a very spacious flat with 3 extra double sized rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge and 1 kitchen.

1 x Double bed in bedroom 2
3 x single beds in bedroom 3.
1 x sofabed in the lounge.

We have the capacity to accommodate 9 people, the price is based on 5 people staying.

Parking spaces available opposite the flat which you can view from the apartment bedroom and lounge, a local police station is within eyesight too.

The parking costs 40p per hour from mon-sat from 8am to 6pm and it is free on a sunday, most of our usual contractor clients work within those hours so you will typically need to pay. We can take on those costs if you wish to stay long term, all of which is based on length.

All we need is a deposit of £250 which will be returned once you check out subject to inspection.
