The apartment is fitted with a 46” Smart TV & Sound Bar, a washing machine with detergent & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Towels and linen will also be provided.  Guests will benefit from plenty of storage, including a large wardrobe so you can comfortably stay for as long as you please. Enjoy the small but pleasant Juliet balcony with a view of the garden.

There is a huge range of restaurants, shops and coffee shops within a 1-mile range.

-FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN –
Being a chef myself I wanted to make sure my guests have everything they need to cook themselves a good meal. Here you will find cutlery & utensils, pots & pans. Dishwasher tablets, tea, sugar, coffee and basic cooking condiments, spices & oils are all supplied also a fire extinguisher, a first aid box and a fire blanket.

Worried about key collection hunts or fees for losing the keys? I know that we are all looking at our phones more than anything so your phone becomes your key! Check-in couldn’t be easier, as I’ve fitted a secure electronic, keyless access system, meaning there is no need to collect keys or fobs, and there will never be a delay at check-in or any late check-in fees!

The main entrance is on the high street next to the Reiss shop( 65, Unit LG, 35 The Hayes, Cardiff CF10 1GA). On level 3 of the St David’s car park, is a second entrance, just next to Treetop Adventure Golf.

Check-in times start from 3 pm. There are no extra charges if you wish to check in late.
Check out is before 11 am. If you wish to check out outside these hours please let me know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

This is a pet-friendly apartment. Please let me know prior to your booking if you have a pet so I can prepare accordingly for it. There will also be an additional one-time fee of £50 per pet, which covers the deep cleaning of the apartment.

Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. CCTV and surveillance are operational within the communal areas of the apartment building. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds. The apartment is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Guests may be asked to send a photo ID, a driver’s licence or a passport, prior to their arrival. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking.

-Security Deposit –
A £250 deposit is required.
